Computerized Billing and Reports

Concept Rehab utilizes Concept Works© to provide efficient billing and computerized outcome studies. This system was critical in the transition to PPS, and will continue to be helpful with the impending changes yet to come. Benefits of our computer software include:

  • Immediate tracking of minutes and RUG levels for each resident on caseload
  • Itemized billing reports and invoices
  • User-friendly monthly discipline cost reports
  • Automated treatment logs for easy CPT code data entry
  • Proper management of the Part B Therapy Cap and new modifier codes
  • Appropriate coding for accurate billing
  • Potential for line item deductions by the intermediary is reduced

In addition to our billing system, CRI's computer system has proven to be a valuable resource for census-developing initiatives. Our computer system can produce a variety of reports with benchmarks such as Length of Stay, RUG Distribution, Part B utilization and other metrics.
