Employee & Graduate Orientation

The orientation process at CRI is a significant focus in order to set all therapists up for success from the time they start working for CRI. We believe that orientation is a process over time, not just the first day an employee begins their tenure with our company. Our strong focus on orientation includes the following details:

  • The partnering of new employees with clinical and administrative coaches is designed based on their experience as clinicians as well as their experience in long-term care
  • Follow up planning to meet each therapist's individual needs with orientation throughout the first 6 months
  • Multiple creative methods of follow up over the first 12 months of employment including Human Resources Dept., Operations Managers, and Vice Presidents of Operations to assure that we are focused on each employee's experience at CRI
