Program Management

Concept Rehab takes great pride in our dedication to providing each of our customers with a dedicated management structure. We feel this arrangement is mutually beneficial to our customers and CRI. Our commitment to selecting experienced leaders allows us to respond immediately to any issue in an accessible, approachable, and creative manner.

CRI spends a great deal of time and resources on developing and implementing systems to manage the therapy program. Our goal is to provide the most effective, yet thorough care to your residents and to eliminate daily disruptions for you and your staff.

A sample of our services includes, but is not limited to:

  • On-site Rehab Director to serve as an immediate contact
  • Annual and quarterly screening completed to identify residents with a decline in function
  • Computerized tracking of clinical outcomes
  • Attendance at clinically focused facility meetings
  • Expertise in reimbursement systems
