Meet Martha Shaker, MA, CCC(SLP)
President and Chief Executive Officer
Martha Shaker, MA, CCC-SLP is President and Chief Executive Officer of Concept Rehab and Engage Consulting, bringing more than 40 years of experience in the rehabilitation and post-acute care industry. She leads with a vision to elevate rehabilitation and strategic advisory solutions through innovative services, strategic insight, and a steadfast commitment to exceptional patient outcomes. Martha has been with Concept Rehab for more than 30 years and has played a central role in the organization’s growth and industry leadership. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Miami University and is an active leader in the industry.
Martha has served on the Board of Directors for ADVION for 24 years, including 12 years as Treasurer and four years as Chair of the Investment Committee. In 2026, she was recognized with the McKnight’s Women of Distinction award.
Outside of work, Martha enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga and Pilates, and participating in community volunteer work.
