SUPPORT

The Technology Department at Concept Rehab is available to support your technology needs.

RescueAssist is our remote support platform that allows CRI’s Tech Support team to remotely view and control your device for quicker resolution. In order to set this up, please download the Rescue Assist application using the appropriate links below based on your user profile. When clicked, the application will automatically download the program, and this one-time installation will provide the IT Department with a remote connection to your computer whenever assistance is needed.
