Marianne Hassen, MA, OTR/L is Chief Operating Officer at Concept Rehab and Engage Consulting, bringing more than 40 years of experience in post-acute care. She leads strategic initiatives focused on delivering high-quality therapy services, strengthening clinical outcomes, and navigating the evolving regulatory landscape.

A recognized industry leader, Marianne frequently presents at national and state healthcare conferences and has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Toledo and the University of Findlay. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of therapy professionals.

Outside of work, Marianne enjoys volunteering with Sunshine Communities and Little Flower Church, as well as cooking and traveling.
