Concept Rehab and Engage Consulting are pleased to announce the promotions of two key leaders, reinforcing the organizations’ commitment to innovation and growth in post-acute care.
Martha Shaker, previously serving as President, has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer of Concept Rehab and Engage Consulting. For over 30 years, Martha has been instrumental in the organization’s success. Throughout her tenure, she has guided the company through multiple periods of growth and transition while remaining deeply committed to its core values of Commitment, Respect, and Integrity. She brings a clear vision for elevating rehabilitation and strategic advisory solutions through innovation, insight, and a continued focus on exceptional patient outcomes.
“Having been part of this organization for more than 30 years, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built,” said Shaker. “I look forward to continuing to lead our team as we evolve and deliver meaningful outcomes for the patients and partners we serve.”
Kim Saylor, formerly Vice President of Business Development, has been promoted to Chief Growth Officer. In recent years, Kim has significantly expanded her leadership scope to include growth strategies and partnership development, helping to shape and advance the direction of both Concept Rehab and Engage Consulting. With more than 25 years of experience in post-acute care and senior living, she is focused on aligning rehabilitation, consulting, and regulatory services to better support the evolving needs of providers.
