Our recommended and most common model for in-house therapy operations is a “Turnkey Approach” for providers looking to transform therapy. In this model, Concept Rehab assumes the initial program responsibility through a traditional full-contract arrangement where we do the heavy lifting of program development and optimization. We then lead a transition process to a managed in-house program. The result is refined process, cost-effective operations and consistent performance.
IN-HOUSE MANAGEMENT
In-House Therapy Management blends the traditional in-house program with the addition of oversight and proven protocols implemented by our team of therapy management experts.
