Your Therapy Program Manager (TPM) is your primary therapy contact, responsible for daily management, accountability, proactive solutions and problem solving.
Our TPMs are carefully selected for their management experience, leadership strengths and excellent communication skills, as well as proven skills with case mix, reimbursement initiatives, regulatory compliance and SNF survey success. We make sure the TPM dedicated to your SNF understands your business goals as well as ours.

Certified Oversight
All ADR/Denials Management and coding changes related to therapy services are overseen by a certified medical coder and occupational therapist.
Therapy Documentation Audits
Each therapist’s documentation is audited routinely, with outcomes included within his or her annual performance review. Training, new hire orientation and mentoring is in place to address any substandard areas.
Auditing
Coding, RUG levels, billing and other areas are randomly audited to ensure accuracy at all times.
